FILM DESCRIPTION: Steven Spielberg's phenomenally successful sci-fi adventure thriller is graced by state-of-the-art special effects from the team of Stan Winston, Phil Tippett and Michael Lantieri from George Lucas's Industrial Light & Magic. The film follows two dinosaur experts -- Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and Dr. Ellie Sattler Laura Dern) -- as they are invited by eccentric millionaire John Hammond (Richard Attenborough) to preview his new amusement park on an island off Costa Rica. By cloning DNA harvested from pre-historic insects, Hammond has been able to create living dinosaurs for his new Jurassic Park, an immense animal preserve housing real brachiosaurs, dilophosaurs, triceratops, velociraptors, and a Tyrannosaur Rex. Accompanied by cynical scientist Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum), who is obsessed with chaos theory, and Hammond's two grandchildren (Ariana Richards and Joseph Mazzello), they are sent on a tour through Hammond's new resort in computer controlled touring cars. But as a tropical storm hits the island, knocking out the power supply, and an unscrupulous employee (Wayne Knight) sabotages the system so that he can smuggle dinosaur embryos out of the park, the dinosaurs start to rage out of control. Grant then has to bring Hammond's grandchildren back to safety as the group is pursued by the gigantic man-eating beasts. I think bread is neat. ye
Brachiosaurus R.I.P. 1993-2018 she was just a big cow, and died twice. Y'all political correctness ;P
It is a 1993 film, but its so originality for today's series...
Antonio Reyes
This theme is still epic and iconic to this very day! :). *Grins happily* John Williams, without you, no epic as hell themes from Star Wars, etc.
Matt Allen
The acting from Sam Neil and Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum, plus the visuals, plus the music = pure epicness.
Rest in Peace, Brachiosaurus Number #02.
Dominik Luki
I know there's one left behind but.....i wish the other Brachiosauruses was already on ship 😣😢😢
Peter Frank
The CGI has aged but the magic will remain the same.
Alexander Poirier
“Welcome to Jurassic Park.” I love the way he says it, you can tell he has so much pride in what he has created. An iconic line from an unforgettable movie. Jurassic Park will always live on in our hearts and minds. RIP Richard Attenborough and Brachiosaurus. Now you can create Jurassic Park in heaven.

0.35 My jaw dropped when I saw this for the first time. I was seven years old. The film was re-released in 3D a few years ago, and when this music started, I started crying. My God I love this movie.
Sasuke Gushoney
Who else came here after watching Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom from when they left the dock
And than to think people say they like Jurassic World better -_- Don't get me wrong..I really think Jurassic World was great but the first Jurassic Park is magic. This is one of the best movie scenes to be ever brought to the big screen. Everything is perfect, the dinosaurs, the park, the actors and the music. This was my number one childhood film (I'm only 23 lol) but I love it even more now. The second movie is great too. I don't know why so many don't like that one because it's still my favourite sequel, just a little bit more than Jurassic World.

Isla Nublar began with a Brachiasaur then ended with one.

R.I.P Brachiosaurus 1993-2018 You will be remembered.
2:23 Just wait for that moment when it will become a reality one day. Maybe *not* in this lifetime but surely somewhere in the future. I hope future generations will look back and see where it all began, right here in 1993. Simply amazing.
Tony Pacheco
R.I.P Brachiosaurus 😣😣😭😭

That swell of music at 2:17 is just... I don't even know.
thomas mcquade
the death of this creature in Jurassic world fallen kingdom hit me right in the gut as I remember this scene feeling the same awe as Dr. grant and dr. Slatter as I saw dinosaurs come back to life only 25 years later for this creature to vanish in cloud of smoke and fire along with all of Isle Nubla the park is truly gone.
Rexy The king

I saw this movie when I was 4 and have been in love with the franchise ever since.
So devastating, I actually think this Brachiosaurus is the one they left in Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom. Such a sad scene.

As many of us did, I grew up watching this movie and its 2 sequels religiously. Now 17, I watched this movie for the first time in over 5 years with my girlfriend, who had never seen it before. All through the movie I reminisced and remembered how much I loved this movie, but I wasn't ready for this scene. When the theme begins to play ( 0:32 in this clip), I was hit with a massive wave of nostalgia and I cried tears of sheer joy for about 5 minutes. In that moment I realized that Jurassic Park is and always will be my favorite movie ever. There is something about this scene in the combination of pristine music and great cinematography that hit me like a freight train, and I had never felt that way about any film in the past. Even now when I re-watch this clip, listen to the theme song (at 0:47 in the song) or even talk about this scene, I begin to tear up because of the beautiful masterpiece that this movie is. Cheers to you John Williams, Steven Spielberg and the Jurassic Crew :)

This scene is magic. Regardless of my mindset while watching this film, this scene always brings out the kid in me that would absolutely love a real Jurassic Park. Also, that John Williams score perfectly captures the wonder of this scene.

After JWFK i can't see this without crying

Had they only created the Brachiosaurus and other plant eaters, JP would have been a HUGE SUCCESS. But no, they had to bring in the T-Rexs and Velociraptors...and, by doing so, ruined JP.
the CGI still amazes me over 25 years later. honestly how did they even pull off this quality cgi in 1993!? and im aware some of it is animatronics im talking about this scene alone.
Freya Westergård
Fallen Kingdom... I don't think I'd be this sad if Rexy died.

I grew up obsessed with dinosaurs and I still am. When I first saw this movie, I was obsessed with it. Seeing a movie where dinosaurs are alive and interacting with humans blew my mind, it's one of those movies that will always stick with me and had a profound effect on me.

Rest in peace and go to dino haven isle server... Get it? No? Dammit.
Well JA Bayona just confirmed this Brachio is the same Brachio from a certain scene in Fallen Kingdom Excuse me for a moment........
i still get goosebumps seeing this scene... and this is where it all began.
I propose a theory that Brachiosaurus scene happens in jw2 and everyone thinks it died but that was not lava it was smoke so when the ship door closed they presume it was dead and it maybe jumped into the water after that and the government knowing that the island had a volcano that was about to arupt and they new they couldn't save all the dinosaurs so before and a little bit after the explosion they send military boats and helecopters to go to retrieve some of the dinosaurs, so maybe they could use them and maybe create hybrids to use in war (Wich would make a great sequal, Owen, Claire, those 2 nerd people, (I forgot their names) have to try to stop the government of creating the ultimasaurus, a Hybrid between Argentinasaurus, idominus-rex, and spinosaurus but then you maybe be wondering but they said no more hybrids Owen and her friends foil the plan, anyways that was off-topic my point is they might of rescued the Brachiosaurus
Ben Corbould
1:51 that exact cry comes back to haunt us 25 years later. Shame on you juan 😟
